Cancellations: In the event of unforeseen emergencies, I will make every effort to accommodate your needs. However, consistent cancellations or "no shows" will result in the strict enforcement of our cancellation policy. If an appointment is cancelled without a minimum of 24 hours notice, an invoice equivalent to 50% of the scheduled services will be issued. For "no-shows," the full value of the services will be charged. These fees must be paid within 72 hours of the missed appointment in order to reschedule. Rescheduling: While we understand that last-minute changes can occur, please note that appointments can only be rescheduled up to three times before a non-refundable appointment retainer fee of $15 is required to secure a new appointment slot. Please be advised that opting out of notifications does not exempt you from these policies.
